Walkthrough:

Find the missing froglok expeditionary force 0/1 (The Feerrott) This will auto update in the North East corner (as indicated by on the map)
Search the froglok corpses for proof that you have found the missing expeditionary force 0/1 (The Feerrott) Use /open on a froglok corpse on the ground, keep opening and looting until you find Tattered Expedition Journal, after looting, a mob will spawn and aggro
Defend yourself from the Lizardman Patroller 0/1 (The Feerrott) Defeat the Lizardman Patroller that aggroed
Deliver the expedition journal to Rupkerr 0/1 (The Feerrott) Return to and Turn in the Journal to Rupkerr (as indicated by on the map)
