• Speak to Alezra 0/1 (Fear Itself)
  • Head back and Hail Alezra


• Tag wolves for tracking 0/3 (Fear Itself)
  • You can do this step invis, you target a wolf and right click the device you receive, they are mainly found in the central-eastern part of the zone


• Return the tagging device to Alezra 0/1 (Fear Itself)
  • Return to Alezra and turn in the tagging device


• Collect Docilla Leaves 0/4 (Fear Itself)
  • These are ground spawns in the north east blood mound area (as indicated by on the map).


• Loot Spinechiller Ichor 0/1 (Fear Itself)
  • Loot the ichor off spinechiller spiders, it is not pre-lootable, they are mainly found in the north east part of zone around the ground spawn area


• Give the Docilla Leaves to Alezra 0/4 (Fear Itself)
  • Return to Alezra and turn in the docilla leaves


• Give the Spinechiller Ichor to Alezra 0/1 (Fear Itself)
  • Turn in the spinechiller ichor


• Speak with Alezra 0/1 (Fear Itself)
  • Hail Alezra


• Allow the Beast of Fear to feast on decaying corpses 0/2 (Fear Itself)
  • Right click the beast of fear leash on decaying corpses in the central part of zone, you can be invis during this step (as indicated by on the map).


• Return to Alezra with the leash 0/1 (Fear Itself)
  • Return to Alezra and turn in the leash
