Not every nightmare is unwilling. Cazic-Thule, the god of Fear, has been caught in a dream by his own son Morell, and by all appearances he is perfectly content in it. The Plane of Fear rendered in dream form is still the Plane of Fear: the Amygdalan temple, the blood mound, the gorgon pit, the graveyard, the bell towers. The denizens still roam. The portal still functions. The difference is that Cazic-Thule is not ruling here so much as enjoying the scenery -- and reportedly feeling some fatherly pride at the ingenuity of the trap.
Fear Itself is the largest of the three Tier 3 nightmare zones, an outdoor reimagining of the classic Plane of Fear with 58 trash mobs and 28 named across familiar landmarks rendered in a dream palette. It has also historically served as a Hot Zone, which means it occasionally draws higher traffic than the other Tier 3 zones.
